Det er første gang jeg nogensinde laver en anmeldelse, men jeg bliver nødt til at fremhæve DJ utrolige høje standard at behandle sine kunder på.
Hans design af savene, er et kunstværk intet mindre, den flotteste jeg har set, ingen kan måle sig med hans design og smukke detaljer. Uanset om man bestiller varer fra Canada helt fra Danmark af, så kan man være tryg og stole på at DJ leverer det han siger, alt er pakket smukt og sikkert ind.
Jeg ønskede at bytte min sav til en anden, alt gik som planlagt, og jeg fik omsider den sav jeg altid har drømt om.
Oveni de varer jeg havde købt, fik jeg endda en lille gave foræret ved siden af, og ekstra reservedele sæt til den smukke sav, han strækker sig utroligt langt for at gøre sine kunder tilfreds, jeg har aldrig oplevet i den grad før.

He has an uncanny ability to make the complex simple and memorable. He not only teaches the HOW, but also the WHY, WHERE, WHEN, and WHAT…then what to watch out for (or where/when NOT to use whatever he’s teaching).
His TEACHING videos are professional, thoughtful, detailed and presented in an engaging manner that feels like he’s truly a friend kindly sharing techniques or tips with us because he truly cares about improving our experiences in the woods.
His PRODUCT - I have purchased several - offerings are high-quality, thoughtful, and intentionally designed. For example, for knot-tying he provides concise (YouTube) ‘teaching’ videos that are straightforward and clear. He also provides a knot-tying ‘practice’ kit that provides everything needed for learning the necessary knots for camping, etc. Finally, he provides an inexpensive comprehensive app, that works offline, that teaches (or ‘reminds’ those of us that sometimes forget when we’re in the field) an incredible number of knots grouped in a couple different ways to ensure we can quickly find what we need. Each component of The Bear Essentials knot-tying SYSTEM has an intended purpose to ensure we have the knowledge we need.
His website provides precise descriptions and professional imagery to ensure we know exactly what we are buying. Product packaging and follow-up is second to none. DJ ensure we know he’s personally available for any questions, comments or ideas. (I’m a retired business coach and have advised over 500 entrepreneurs – this access and availability is an EXTREMELY RARE gift that he provides. And it shows his commitment to the community.)
Finally, his master-crafted buck saws, which may not be available much longer, are true functional works of art. Besides being incredibly beautiful, every piece has a thought-out and tested purposeful design: from the blade(s) and screws to the curves of the handle, and leather straps to hold the windlass when the saw is broken down and stored…in the specifically designed sling or waxed canvas sleeve. I'm happy to say he quality of the cording of the tarp ridgeline kit is more than I hoped it would be, with each item being distinctively different (and strong). I'm glad I purchased an extra hank of paracord (and now have 2 good quality carabiners to show for it :).
The kit includes a generous amount of guyline and prusik cording. But the real treat is the pouch (who knew?)! It really is water resistant (and useful for any number of day trip excursions). I see me using this for more than storing the cording.
Shipping from ON to AB took 12 days; totally fine with that.
Missing the cool sticker but that only means I have to buy something else. I'm totally fine with that too

I’ve ordered several items so far, including the Knot Tying Kit, the Field Sharpener Wallet, and the Classic Bear Paw Cap, and every single item exceeded my expectations. The quality is top tier. The design of each product is smart, practical, and built for real-world use, not just to look good in a photo. I'm happy to say he quality of the cording of the tarp ridgeline kit is more than I hoped it would be, with each item being distinctively different (and strong). I'm glad I purchased an extra hank of paracord (and now have 2 good quality carabiners to show for it :).
The kit includes a generous amount of guyline and prusik cording. But the real treat is the pouch (who knew?)! It really is water resistant (and useful for any number of day trip excursions). I see me using this for more than storing the cording.
Shipping from ON to AB took 12 days; totally fine with that.
Missing the cool sticker but that only means I have to buy something else. I'm totally fine with that too

Hans design af savene, er et kunstværk intet mindre, den flotteste jeg har set, ingen kan måle sig med hans design og smukke detaljer. Uanset om man bestiller varer fra Canada helt fra Danmark af, så kan man være tryg og stole på at DJ leverer det han siger, alt er pakket smukt og sikkert ind.

I'm happy to say he quality of the cording of the tarp ridgeline kit is more than I hoped it would be, with each item being distinctively different (and strong). I'm glad I purchased an extra hank of paracord (and now have 2 good quality carabiners to show for it :).
The kit includes a generous amount of guyline and prusik cording. But the real treat is the pouch (who knew?)! It really is water resistant (and useful for any number of day trip excursions). I see me using this for more than storing the cording.
Shipping from ON to AB took 12 days; totally fine with that.
Missing the cool sticker but that only means I have to buy something else. I'm totally fine with that too

Hans design af savene, er et kunstværk intet mindre, den flotteste jeg har set, ingen kan måle sig med hans design og smukke detaljer. Uanset om man bestiller varer fra Canada helt fra Danmark af, så kan man være tryg og stole på at DJ leverer det han siger, alt er pakket smukt og sikkert ind.
Jeg ønskede at bytte min sav til en anden, alt gik som planlagt, og jeg fik omsider den sav jeg altid har drømt om.
Oveni de varer jeg havde købt, fik jeg endda en lille gave foræret ved siden af, og ekstra reservedele sæt til den smukke sav, han strækker sig utroligt langt for at gøre sine kunder tilfreds, jeg har aldrig oplevet i den grad før.

His TEACHING videos are professional, thoughtful, detailed and presented in an engaging manner that feels like he’s truly a friend kindly sharing techniques or tips with us because he truly cares about improving our experiences in the woods.
His PRODUCT - I have purchased several - offerings are high-quality, thoughtful, and intentionally designed. For example, for knot-tying he provides concise (YouTube) ‘teaching’ videos that are straightforward and clear. He also provides a knot-tying ‘practice’ kit that provides everything needed for learning the necessary knots for camping, etc. Finally, he provides an inexpensive comprehensive app, that works offline, that teaches (or ‘reminds’ those of us that sometimes forget when we’re in the field) an incredible number of knots grouped in a couple different ways to ensure we can quickly find what we need. Each component of The Bear Essentials knot-tying SYSTEM has an intended purpose to ensure we have the knowledge we need.
His website provides precise descriptions and professional imagery to ensure we know exactly what we are buying. Product packaging and follow-up is second to none. DJ ensure we know he’s personally available for any questions, comments or ideas. (I’m a retired business coach and have advised over 500 entrepreneurs – this access and availability is an EXTREMELY RARE gift that he provides. And it shows his commitment to the community.)
Finally, his master-crafted buck saws, which may not be available much longer, are true functional works of art. Besides being incredibly beautiful, every piece has a thought-out and tested purposeful design: from the blade(s) and screws to the curves of the handle, and leather straps to hold the windlass when the saw is broken down and stored…in the specifically designed sling or waxed canvas sleeve.
